About Inwood Management:

Our services include day-to-day management, operations, maintenance, and repair of housing or other assets in cooperation with our university or other partners and in accordance with all applicable laws and university standards. Services include maintenance of and repairs to housing or other assets; cleaning, maintenance and operation of HVAC equipment; planning, designing, managing, implementing and constructing major and minor capital improvements; work order management; preventative maintenance; oversight and responsibility for service contracts; hiring and supervision of employees and subcontractors related to management, operations, and maintenance; and, preparation and management of an annual budget, to include all gross revenues and program expenses, including contributions to and expenditures from the Capital Repair and Replacement account. Inwood is also experienced in offering marketing and promotional activities and support to promote and increase student demand for on-campus housing.
